Daryl Hannah opted for an edgy look at the 2025 Oscars.
The Kill Bill star, 64, might not be an awards show regular, but she stepped out for the starry night to present the award for Best Editing to Anora director, editor and writer Sean Baker.
Rather than wearing an extravagant gown like many of the celebs in attendance, the environmental activist went for silky bell-bottoms with hems that swept the floor. She paired her rocker trousers with an equally silky white button-up top that she left almost completely unbuttoned to show off her daring fishnet bustier top underneath.
She completed the look with what appeared to be sky-high heels, a statement necklace and a leather cuff adorned with appeared to be a silver snake motif.

While onstage, Hannah stepped up to the mic and said “Slava Ukraine” which, as translated by The Hill, means “glory to Ukraine.” The moment was later shared by The Hollywood Reporter on X.
Her comment comes just days after the heated meeting that took place between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance at the White House on Feb. 28.
The plan for the meeting was that Trump and Zelenskyy would sign a natural resources agreement and make progress on negotiating a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia. However, it quickly turned into a confrontation between the two factions. Dozens of world leaders have since rushed to Zelenskyy’s defense.

Hannah last stepped out for a Q&A event at the Santa Barbara Film Festival for her movie Coastal, a documentary that follows her husband Neil Young‘s 2023 tour, on Feb. 7. The musician was also there to support the project.
It appears as though her last major red carpet appearances were at the 2023 Grammys as a nominee (she wore a blazer minidress and striped stockings) and that year’s One Fair Wage Fundraiser.
Prior to that, she attended the 2018 South by Southwest film festival to promote her Netflix project Paradox, which also starred Young, now 79.

In 2018, “Heart of Gold” singer also confirmed his marriage to the Splash star with the release of the live music video for his band Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young’s song “Ohio,” in which she slyly mentioned that his wife, Hannah, helped him create the emotional video.
Hannah and Young went public with their relationship in 2014, around the time they led an anti-Keystone XL pipeline march together in Washington, D.C. Four years later they tied the knot in two low-key ceremonies.
The first was held on the Canadian singer’s yacht in Washington’s San Juan islands, while the second was a bigger celebration in California, with Joni Mitchell and Young’s former bandmate Stephen Stills reportedly in attendance.
“We’re very lucky to have found each other,” Young told Yahoo in 2018 “I’m eternally thankful for the opportunity to share my life with her, and she feels the same.”
