It’s “The End” of Ozzy Osbourne‘s live music career.

The heavy metal legend and Black Sabbath are set to reunite again at a Birmingham, United Kingdom, charity concert on July 5, joined by Metallica, Slayer, Pantera and dozens of other rock bands.

It’s the first time the band will play together in 20 years. Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy Osbourne’s wife, told BBC Wednesday that he was excited to play one final show.

“Ozzy didn’t have a chance to say goodbye to his friends, to his fans, and he feels there’s been no full stop,” she told the outlet. “This is his full stop.”

“It’s … time for me to give back to the place where I was born,” Ozzy Osbourne said in a statement. “How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal.”

The gig will feature Black Sabbath’s full, original lineup – guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, drummer Bill Ward and Osbourne – for the first time since 2005.

The 76-year-old has made few public appearances after facing a number of medical complications in the last few years, including a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in 2019. Osbourne suffered from a spinal injury that same year, which has prevented him from touring. In 2023, he announced he was canceling U.K. and European tour dates because of his physical weakness following three operations and stem cell treatments.

Show organizers said that profits will be donated to charities, including Cure Parkinson’s.
