Film’s biggest night has nearly arrived and Hollywood stars are gearing up to win the industry’s most prestigious trophy.
The 97th Academy Awards will honor artistic and technical excellence by handing out Oscars at the Dolby Theatre in the heart of Hollywood on Sunday.
This year’s Oscar nominees feature an array of films from religious thriller “Conclave” and historical drama “The Brutalist” to fantasy musical “Wicked” and body horror movie “The Substance.”
Netflix musical thriller “Emilia Pérez
” leads the pack with 13 nominations despite stirring controversy into the race due to resurfaced racist and xenophobic social media posts by its lead Karla Sofía Gascón
