The Italian shot-stopper delivered when it mattered most, saving two penalties in a dramatic shootout to knock Liverpool out of the competition.
After a narrow first-leg loss, PSG flipped the script at home. Ousmane Dembélé’s strike forced extra time, but neither side could break the deadlock in the additional 30 minutes. That meant one thing: penalties.
PSG kept their cool from the spot, converting all their attempts. Meanwhile, Donnarumma stepped up, denying Darwin Núñez and Curtis Jones to seal the win.
The final blow came from teenager Désiré Doué, who slotted the decisive penalty to send PSG into the quarter-finals.
