The Michigan State basketball team, the No. 2 seed in the South Region of the NCAA tournament, will face 15-seed Bryant in a first-round game on Friday, March 21 at Rocket Arena in Cleveland.
The game is scheduled to start at 10 p.m. ET.
MSU (27-6) is coming off a 77-74 loss to Wisconsin in the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament on March 15. Bryant (23-11) is coming off a 79-59 victory in the championship game of the America East conference, also on March 15. This will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
This will be the Spartans’ 27th consecutive NCAA tournament — and their 38th overall — while the Bulldogs will be playing in their second ever NCAA tournament at the Division I level. Their only other appearance was in 2022.
