Goldie Hawn put a bejeweled sartorial twist on the Oscar statue as she stepped out at the 2025 Oscars on Sunday, March 2. While putting her decades-long romance with Kurt Russell on display at the Academy Awards, the Best Friends actress stunned in a butter yellow silk dress that was bedazzled with metallic rhinestones.

Ahead of her Oscar presenting duties, Hawn turned heads in the gold-hued gown as she and Russell made a rare red carpet date night appearance. The Academy Award-winning actress’s floor-length dress featured a corset-style bustier top with boning in the bodice and a plunging sweetheart neckline.

Mini pleats ran down the front of the gown and were accentuated with ruched pleated fabric around her hips that accentuated her waist. Hawn added some extra sparkle to the Oscars red carpet with gold and silver rhinestones that encrusted her bodice and her skirt. She paired her gown with a matching yellow shawl, which she removed for her presenting duties alongside Andrew Garfield. A slit in the front and multiple layers of gold fabric added movement as she walked on stage.

Hawn kept the bling going with her statement, diamond-encrusted chainlink Sabyasachi necklace, which featured a large pendant set with multi-colored stones. A diamond tennis bracelet and an 18-carat gold Briony Raymond Retro diamond ring finished off her jewels for the evening. The Cactus Flower actress complemented her eye-catching gown by styling her golden blonde hair in rounded curls with full bangs, and accentuated her features with black eyeliner, pink lipstick, and rose-hued blush.

Meanwhile, Russell–who held hands with Hawn on the red carpet–complemented his longtime partner’s trendy gown with a dapper black tuxedo paired with tinted glasses, a white dress shirt, and a black bow tie.
