Look no further than the field and betting odds lists for proof. The bold name at the top of both is World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. Scheffler, who won the 2023 WM Phoenix Open, earned a T9 finish in his first start of the year at last week’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Now Scheffler will try to earn his first victory of the year, and the 14th of his career, beginning Thursday at the Stadium Course.

You can watch the first round of the WM Phoenix Open on TV via Golf Channel, which will air coverage beginning at 4 p.m. ET on Thursday. PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will provide exclusive early coverage and featured group streaming coverage starting at 9:15 a.m ET.
