The Oscars 2025 celebration is on Sunday, where the such heavy hitters as Emilia Pérez, A Complete Union, Anora, The Brutalist, Conclave and Wicked are in the running for the top statuettes.
The ceremony brings to an end an unpredictable awards season that has seen several shifts in momentum for frontrunners vying for the top Academy Awards.

After skipping most of the awards shows she was invited to before her tweets were discovered, Gascón is expected to attend the Oscars on Sunday, Variety reported.
The 97th Academy Awards ceremony will be broadcast live on ABC-TV and are streaming on Hulu starting at 7 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles. TV funnyman Conan O’Brien is this year’s Oscar host.

Before the 97th Oscars ceremony gets underway, ABC will begin extensive coverage of festivities from Los Angeles.
ABC News is beginning Academy Awards coverage with On the Red Carpet at the Oscars, which will air on ABC-owned stations and affiliates and will be streaming on ABC News online beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT.
