Emilia Pérez, A Complete Unknown, Anora, The Brutalist, Conclave and Wicked are among the top Oscar nominees heading into the 97th Academy Awards this weekend. Read on to find out all the details of this year’s ceremony.
The musical crime drama Emilia Pérez leads the field of nominees with 13 nods going into the annual ceremony, which will stage at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles with Conan O’Brien as the show’s host.

The 97th Oscars are set to begin Sunday at 7 p.m. ET / 4 P.M. PT and will be broadcast live on ABC-TV and will stream for the first time on Hulu. Per the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, the ceremony will air live in more than 200 territories worldwide.
In addition, the 97th Oscars official live red-carpet show will air live on ABC and stream on Hulu beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. PT.

Who Will Be Presenting At The Oscars 2025 Ceremony?
The Academy announced on Wednesday that Dave Bautista, Harrison Ford, Gal Gadot, Andrew Garfield, Samuel L. Jackson, Margaret Qualley, Alba Rohrwacher, Zoe Saldaña and Rachel Zegler will be joining the previously announced list of presenters.

Who Are The Big Winners Heading Into Oscars 2025?
Various guild and industry awards have given some momentum to some of the films, filmmakers and actors heading into Sunday’s Oscars 2025 ceremony.
The Producers Guild and Film Independent Spirit Awards both named Anora the Best Picture of 2024, while the Directors Guild of America awarded Anora director Sean Baker with its top prize.
The film also took Best Picture at the Critics Choice Awards, but was upset at the Screen Actors Guild Awards when Conclave won the Best Acting in an Ensemble award. Conclave also won Best Feature at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards.

Demi Moore has also won most of this awards season’s Best Actress honors, including the Golden Globes, CCAs and SAG Awards, but Anora’s Mikey Madison pulled an upset win at the BAFTAs.
In the Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress races, A Real Pain’s Kieran Culkin and Zoe Saldaña have each dominated awards season with wins from the Golden Globes, CCAs, BAFTAs and SAG Awards.
